Test loggers

Two loggers for the lab. Both run in your browser, on phone and PC, and keep the data on your device. When you are done, export CSV, JSON and PDF and save them in a folder in the GitHub repository with one click.

  • 9.1.5 Seal Washout

Log every connect and disconnect, see live if the pressure spike is within 30 psi, pass/fail per pair.

    Open the logger

  • 9.1.4 Pressure Drop

Tare, six flow points per pair and direction, net ΔP, curve fit A·Q² + B·Q, Cv against the limits, the 15.3.3 summary tables.

    Open the logger

Photos

The loggers ask you to photograph the test at the right steps (seals before and after, the mounted pair, sample marking, the tare adapter). On a phone the camera opens at once. Each photo is uploaded to results/<test>/<product>/photos/ in your repository. If there is no connection or token, it waits on the device and uploads later. Enter the token on the Setup tab (GitHub connection) before you start.

Save to your GitHub repository

On the Summary tab of each logger there is a Save to GitHub panel.

  1. Create a token once: GitHub → Settings → Developer settings → Personal access tokens → Fine-grained tokens. Choose only the repository Open_Compute_Project and the permission Contents: Read and write.
  2. Paste the token in the panel and press Test connection.
  3. Press Save CSV + JSON + PDF to GitHub. One commit is made in results/<test>/<product>/<date-time>/.

About the token

The token goes only from your browser to api.github.com. It is kept in memory and forgotten when you close the page, unless you tick Remember on this device. Anyone with the token can change files in that repository, so use a short expiry and do not remember it on a shared computer. The results/ folder is not published on this website; it stays in the repository.
